Ogonyek

Location

The recreation complex "Ogonyek" is a comfortable two-storey building, located in a forest area on the bank of the Minsk Sea.

Medical treatment

Wellness center "Ogonyek" provides the following services:

• Massage

Recommended for people with osteochondrosis of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, with scoliosis of the spine; in diseases of the peripheral nervous system; for the prevention of damage to the spine, muscles, ligaments and joints.

• Ultrasound therapy

Ultrasound has a strong analgesic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and general tonic effect, stimulates blood and lymph circulation, regenerative processes, improves tissue trophism.

• Medicinal baths

Coniferous (recommended for nervousness, irritability, fatigue).

Iodine-bromine (recommended for coronary heart disease, lesions of the musculoskeletal system, obesity, hypothyroidism, allergic skin diseases, neurosis, gynecological diseases).

• Carbon bath. Dry carbon bath.

Lowers heart rate, normalizes blood pressure, improves bronchial patency, increases oxygen uptake and delivery to tissues, stabilizes the nervous system.

• Aromaphytotherapy

Method of preventive and therapeutic effects on the body by air saturated with aromatic substances of vegetable origin. Essential oils in different formulations have different mechanisms of action: anti-inflammatory, healing, sedative.

• Oxygen cocktail

Actively enriches the blood with oxygen and creates conditions for normal functioning of all organs, improves mood and increases efficiency. Used in many diseases in which treatment requires activation of metabolic processes. 

• Phytotea

Depending on the collection of herbs: to reduce weight, to reduce the level of glucose in the blood, to stimulate the body's defenses, if you have kidney, liver, gall bladder stomach diseases and others.

• Inhalation

Recommended in acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, bronchi and lungs; bronchial asthma, acute and chronic diseases of the middle ear and paranasal sinuses; acute and chronic diseases of the oral cavity. 

• Haloinhalation

The action of haloinhalation based on the penetration of small particles of salt in the deepest parts of the respiratory tract. It is stimulates the protective mechanisms of the respiratory tract, has a mucolytic, bronchiectasis, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating effect. Used in the complex of recreational activities in bronchopulmonary diseases, diseases of the nervous and cutaneous systems.   

• Magnetotherapy

Used for: joint diseases; nervous system diseases; dystonia; cardiovascular disease; chronic fatigue; insomnia.

• Mud therapy

Recommended for: rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis, osteitis, gout, psoriasis, eczema, ichthyosis, skin stretching; residual effects after pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, periodontal disease, gingivitis, chronic stomatitis; cystitis, urethritis.

• Electrotherapy

• cafe with 80 seats (2 rooms) with Belarusian and European cuisine;
• medical facility with a wide range of services.

Food

Cafe is located on the first floor of the complex. Interior of the cafe is designed in classic style. The cafe organizes weddings, birthdays, formal dinners, presentations, corporate and public events. 
There are 2 banquet rooms in the cafe: for 50 and 30 seats. 
Cuisine: Belarusian, European.
Working hours: by the request of visitors.

Information about visitor's tax: 
Tax is not collected from:
1) Children under 18 years old (passport / copy of birth certificate)
2) Minsk and Minsk region pensioners (pension certificate + place of registration)
For pensioners from Minsk region resort fee is 1.5% (pension certificate + place of registration)
For the rest visitors(from Belarus and foreign citizens): 3% of the cost.
