Stationary speleotherapy:

1. Adaptation period

• medical examination 
  
• individual rehabilitation programme
• medical records
• speleotreatments are administered for day-care or in the evening  in conjunction with the general condition of the patient and pathologies

• hospital presentation и instruction on internal regulations

Preparatory period lasts 2-3 days, due to general condition of the patient and pathologies it can takes longer.

2. Treatment period

• patients follow physician's prescription,daily regime and diet
• speleoprocedures
• medical examination,dynamic supervision of a doctor and monitoring of health condition, и individual response to  speleo environment, physiotherapy care

Asthma-school, that caters to educating :

• peakflowmeter terms of use;
• nebulizer terms of use;
• usage of inhalers;
• asthma-control test.

In underground section:

• breathing exercises;
• terrainkur  (360 meters length);
• volleyball, table tennis, basketball, badminton;
• attendance to read, chess, checkers, billiards, watching TV are created in the rest rooms;

3. After adaptation period

• medical examination ;
• a physician consultation, patient's discharge ;

Hospital accepts people not younger than 10 years old for speleotherapy in the underground department . Children from 10 to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children from 3 to 10 years are accepted for a ground speleoroom and must be accompanied by an adult, too.

Course of therapy lasts no longer than 12 and up to 18 days. 

Ground speleoroom. 

Ground speleoroom was made for patients with contraindications and for children from 3 to 10 years.

Speleoroom is a room with walls coated with salt on the special technology and halogenerator that used for charging with fine salt aerosol the atmosphere. 

Course of treatment lasts no less than 12 days for 40 minutes.

Medical influence of speleoroom:

• Respiratory system:  anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, bronchodilator .
• Central nervous system: fatigue reduction; sedativе, painkiller; anti-stress.
