Concept
Idea. There are two objectives: to revive a legendary place of the city, which is known since 1950-1960's, do not forget its history, but at the same time to create a modern restaurant. Interior is a kind of compromise: modern design, comfortable stylish furniture, charismatic elements of decor - lamps, paintings. And, on the other hand, remained layout, columns with stucco and windows form.
Zoning. In the lounge area there is a small stage, where jazz and blues are played on Friday and Saturday evenings. On the wine bar and the terrace you can listen to DJ sets. Another part of the place - a tearoom. However, to have a breakfast or lunch you can in any room. The terrace offers a great view of the avenue and Pobedy Square. It becomes more atmospheric in the evening, when the lights and headlights of passing by cars go on.
Menu and cuisine of "Berezka"
The main menu. Primarily dishes of european cuisine, presence of Asian cuisine. Also you can find dishes of national cuisine - «Starye retsepty po-novomu». These are belarusian dishes, home-made food. 2 types of salad and appetizers and 4 types of hot dishes: for example, pork "po-litvinski", homemade sausages with mashed potatoes and spicy carp stewed in dark beer. Cafe intends to develop a national food and national drinks.
Lunch menu. You can find at least 10—11 dishes in menu: soup of the day, 4 types of salads and 6 kinds of hot dishes. Lunch menu is from12:00 to 16:00, changes every season. In addition, there are two permanent discounts. This is a special price for a set lunch and 30% discount at lunchtime on the main menu.
Bar. The cafe has a zone, which is positioned as a wine bar, a selection of 50 wines are to offer. The cocktail menu is both classic and twists (classic with new accents) and drinks with author's interpretation. There is a big variety of spirits as well. And, of course, coffee, strength of all cafes of the chain. In addition, the menu includes various teas, milkshakes and seasonal drinks.

The modern interior of the restaurant, combined with a pleasant atmosphere create a cozy place. The main hall is for 150 seats.

Ceremonies are held in the spacious banquet hall. Banquet seating is available up to 65 people, a ceremony with buffet accommodates up to 130 guests.
