Tri kolodtsa

Location

The village is in 25 kilometers from Brest and 25 kilometers from the Belovezhskaya Pushcha – the quiet and hospitable place in the Kamenets area. Here was located the estate «Tri kolodtsa».

Practically each hour goes the public transport – the direction Kamenets.  
If the client comes not on own transport, then owners of the estate meet and bring with/on railway and bus station is absolutely free!

The estate arrangement between the Pushcha and Brest (25 km), will allow you to visit all sights with comfort. 
The Kamenets city is in 7 km from the estate, which attracts all tourists of Kamenets Tower!

Food

Guests can try dishes not only Belarusian ethnic cuisine, but also Asian. Products are from the farmstead or acquired from local people. All prodacts are fresher and organic. We use old Belarusian and Asian recipes. Also «Tri kolodtsa» will provide all necessary for barbecue,it's possible to organize a picnic in the open air or to settle down in arbors.

The estate specializes in preparation of the special menu (for vegetarians)!
The kitchen is equipped by all necessary for the organization of independent cooking.

In the village comes the shop trailer, and in the neighboring village (about 4 km) there are 2 shops where there is all necessary.

Description rooms

The estate can accomodate 29 guests to whose services seven comfortable numbers are presented. On the territory of «Tri kolodtsa» there are 3 houses made of natural materials. In houses are created all conditions for comfortable accommodation. Lodges are wooden, interiors of rooms are made with great love to details. Each of them is unique as estate furniture is made manually by the Belarusian masters. Heating and fireplaces for cosiness and additional flavor give the chance to receive guests all the year round.

House 1: capacity per 19 people – 6 bedrooms.

On 1 floor 3 bedrooms there are:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 sofa which is displayed in a double bed (total 4 persons); 
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 sofa which is displayed in a single bed (total 3 persons); 
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and 1 sofa which is displayed in a single bed (capacity 3 persons).

In the house there are a living room, a kitchen with all necessary for independent cooking, WC, satellite TV, a washing machine, an electric stove,a microwave oven. 

* Table layout – is included in the cost. At rent of the house – are provided a barbecue (on 100 sq.m), and all necessary for preparation of dishes on a brazier.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 4: 3 one and a half beds (for 3 persons); 
Bedroom 5: 2 one and a half beds (for 2 persons); 
Bedroom 6: 1 double bed and 1 sofa which is displayed in a single bed (for 3 persons).

House 2 (HOUSE-RESTAURANT): capacity per 8 people – 2 bedrooms. 

On 1 floor there is 1 bedroom:

Podium-room: 1 sofa which is displayed in a double bed (for 2 persons);

On the 2nd floor there is 1 bedroom:

Bedroom: 1 double bed and 2 sofas which are displayed in double beds (for 6 persons). 

In the house there are a big and comfortable kitchen, fireplace room, the restaurant hall, WC, satellite TV, a karaoke center, a grill, a coffee machine, an electric stove. Table layout is included in cost. Also near the house there are a mangal territory and arbor.

House 3: capacity per 4 people. 

Bedroom: 2 one and a half beds and 1 sofa which is displayed in a double bed (for 4 people). 

The house is with partial conveniences, there is a heating, is given together with the house 2 as extra beds.

Entertainment and Sports

You have an opportunity to get to known with rural life!
There is a own exposition of ancient objects of national life, including: a distaff, a mortar for grain crushing, a milkchurn, irons, chests, jugs, samovars.

The mini-library with a big variety of books and tourist production is offered to guests, including: various guides, cards, guides, by which the guests with ease will be able to make to route! And we with great pleasure will help them with it.

There are recreation areas, sport, campfires areas, a barbeque on the territory of estate. There is all necessary stock.

There are 3 fine ponds which it's visible directly from windows, and nearby is located the beautiful mysterious wood which will please you with mushrooms, berries. The owner of the estate – is the professional fisherman and the mushroom picker therefore he with pleasure will talk about knowledge of collecting mushrooms and fishings.

Facilities for children

Rest with children on the estate won't bring of trouble upon guests special as for the least lodgers there will always be interesting entertainments!
For example, kids can test themselves as  artist or craftsman. 
The сhildren's playground is equipped, there is a place for street games.

Beach

Nearby (about 7 minutes walk) there is Forest river, a beach is located on the bank of river.
